The essential acupoints for getting started with Neidan Yoga. Part of the Foundations course (year 1 of Neidan Yoga). This is the first in a series of PDFs that introduce a solid and very practical way to map the meridians to the chakras. This PDF introduces the key points (at the shoulder, elbow and wrist of the arms; and the hip, knee and ankles of the legs) to learn. Once you understand these and have some experience with sending qi to the points and also drawing qi from the points, you are ready for the next PDFs which map these points to the chakras.
